Hospitals, clinics, quarantine centres and buildings with confirmed COVID-19 cases over the past 14 days.
Couriers may also place the parcels at the lobbies or specified locations of the buildings.

Non-registered accounts:

If you check out as a visitor without registered account, please enter the order number. If the parcel has been delivered, a real-time tracking link will be provided, enabling you to view the details including order status.

Registered accounts:

Click My Account at the top right hand corner and select Order.

Upon successful order placement, order number, date of order placement and order status will be shown on the webpage.
